Returns and Exchanges

This policy applied to all merchandise sold by CGRC Collections. 

We gladly accept returns for regularly priced merchandise. The bag must be returned to the possession of CGRC within 30 calendar days of purchase, in new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags and accessories. Due to the nature of the product, our returns team will carefully assess the condition and reserve the right to refuse the return for any signs of wear. 

However, we are currently experiencing a high demand for the products and if the piece is not to your liking, we would prefer to give the opportunity to another collector. Therefore, we will do everything we can to accept the return. However, CGRC reserves the right to refuse a return and are therefore not guaranteed. 

Before initiating a return, please note that our products are handcrafted. Due to the nature of hand painted artwork, variations in artwork, color and minor imperfections in leather and painting are normal and do not constitute grounds for a return. 

To initiate a return, please contact bramboproductionarts@gmail.com to fill out the return form. Once the return form is authorized (24-48hrs) by our team, we will email you instructions to ship the merchandise. CGRC will not refund the customer until the return is cleared. Once merchandise is accepted, CGRC will fully reimburse the customer for the purchase price and the cost of the return shipping. 

Returns and authorizations are processed Monday- Friday, 10am-4pm EST (excluding holidays).

Return authorizations are only sent via email.

International Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns must include a return authorization and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after receipt.

Shipping and handling fees from original purchase are non-refundable. 

Merchandise on sale is sold as is with no return policy. However, we strive to satisfy each customer. Please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to ameliorate the situation.
